Today the Committee no third rail was heard by the Fifth Committee on the territory of Lombardy.
After exposure of our situation and the environmental damage that results in the current solution was required:
- a meeting with RFI
- a meeting with the Regional Councillor for Transport.
The committee said it was ready to organize meetings.
In any case the most interesting aspect is that some regional councils have
confirmed what we suspected: we have some possibilities with an attorney, to make unlawful the final draft with an appeal to the TAR.
The suspicion is that there is compliance with the provisions of the final project in the preliminary draft.
A short meeting to raise funds that no institution is willing to give us to defend our homes.
